2011 - A Year in Photos

In 2011 we kicked off the year with me at the end of my 2nd Trimester and working hard on the Nursery!

In February I had my first Baby Shower...

In the middle of March I had to make a trip to Labor in Delivery because of preterm labor and severe swelling in my legs. I there over night and given medication to stop the contractions. I was released the next morning and put on bed rest for the next 3 weeks and taken off work a month early.
My 2nd Baby Shower was at the end of March
Nursery is complete in April!

My last pregnancy picture.. I was induced later that day: April 14th

Friday April 15th at 2:32pm we welcomed our baby boy Carson into the world. 9lbs 8 oz and 21 1/2 inches long.

First photo as a family of 3 and the first time I touched him.

1 week Old.

May: My first Mother's Day

June: Caleb's first Father's Day

And Carson's first time in the pool.
We flew to New Mexico for Grandma Diana and Grandpa Carl's Wedding in July

We went to the Zoo for my Birthday in August...

In September we went to the Zoo again and had Jenny and Greg come visit! We also spent a week at the beach for a M Family Vacation.

This was also Carson's first time at the Beach!

October brought Carson's first Halloween and trip to the Pumpkin Patch!

We are officially mobile.

The title says it all. Carson is officially mobile.

The week before Thanksgiving he decided to accomplish quite a bit.

First ear infection

Get his first TWO teeth

and start crawling...

We have a mat in our living room for him since our floor is hard tile, of course now that he can move he doesn't want to stay on it. He wants to explore and check everything out.

He's doing more of an arm crawl, doesn't get up on his knees to much. He gets so excited though as he's moving around. I love seeing him smile.
